Catalina Pagnotta

Catalina is a Registered Architect who, prior to obtaining her real estate license, earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture with Honors, and her Master of Architecture with a focus in Urban Design from Kent State University. She has always been fascinated with the built environment at the macro and micro scale, and is passionate about finding and creating places that work for the end user. With over 6 years of experience in the field of architecture working on residential and boutique commercial projects, she can use both her real estate knowledge and architectural expertise to provide clients with a multifaceted approach at buying and selling. In addition to her knowledge in architecture and real estate, Catalina is fluent in Spanish and looks forward to helping her clients in any capacity she can.

In her free time, Catalina enjoys working on home improvements with her husband, Brian, and loves to visit ancient ruins and historically significant works of architecture.
